Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) Education by 2020: A Sector Operations Plan (https://www.adb.org/documents/education-2020-sector-operations-plan) states that ADB will strengthen knowledge sharing and grow partnerships in the education sector. To this end, ADB invested more than $1.2 billion in 2017 and will invest an estimated $5 billion for the period 2018 through 2021. Consultants and contractors will find opportunities in training and skills development to be implemented in Kyrgyz Republic, Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Bhutan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Tajikistan, Nepal, Laos, and Myanmar.
