ADB’s Second Governance and Anti-Corruption Action Plan (https://www.adb.org/sites/default/files/institutional-document/32024/gacap-ii.pdf) outlines specific actions to improve governance and fight corruption in ADB operations. To support these initiatives, ADB provided around $9 billion in 2017 and will allocate around $12 billion from 2018 through 2021 to its developing member countries.
